Monday night, Dancing with the Stars leader board-champion Derek Hough cautioned partner Ricki Lake that once the group dances start, the couple to go home usually comes from the losing "team." He couldn't have been more prophetic, as the bottom two consisted of Nancy Grace and Tristan MacManus and David Arquette and Kym Johnson -- both of whom were on the lower-scoring Team Tango.
